Re: Scottish kilts
I own three traditional Scottish Kilts, and I would wear nothing else. I do not like the look or feel of any other style with the exception of a traditional Irish kilt, which comes in a solid color rather than tartan.

After wearing my 5 Utilikilts over the last 2+ years (not all at the same time ), I splurged & ordered my first tank as my 50th birthday present to myself. It's a full 8-yarder made with a 13-oz Robertson Hunting tartan from Strathmore hand-sewn in Scotland. I've been enjoying it for almost 2 months, now. I still wear my UKs regularly, but there's no comparison to the tank for looks & feel. I will definitely be getting more!
.
Happiness? I'd settle for being less annoyed!!!

Tanks
Yesterday, I wore two different kilts. One was a tank the other a UK. UKs come in a poor second to tanks in my opinion as a regular wearer of kilts. I love my UKs but they are for working around the yard.

what kind of hell-on-earth storm were you working outside in that made you wear two kilts? Was hail the size of a VW coming out of the sky, or was it raining kegs?
