I bought a kilt from them last Nov. I too had problems reaching them through e-mail, but the kilt showed up faster than I expected, so I figure they are more worried about actually getting stuff out than keeping people informed. While it would be nice if they did both, it is better than constant updates on what is going on, while delivery keeps getting pushed back.

I purchased their coat/vest combo and some hose. They don't always respond to your e-mails right away. You can phone them but as Zardoz says you have to do it early in the morning. The phone call was expensive even at the best of times. I think they do read the e-mail. They just don't always keep you informed as you might like. My order arrived recently along with an e-mail confirming the mailing. As they say, "the sqeaky wheel gets the oil". Keep at em. And hello from another fellow Texan.

I ordered a five yard for st. paddies day. They e-mailed to confirm purchase and I think they notified me when they shipped. Got the kilt really quick. I seem to have read that they don't always email back a whole lot. Good kilt for the money I thought.

I have dealt with them 4 or 5 times now and have not had any problems. The first time I ordered I didn't hear from them for awhile, but once I emailed them, they responded right away.
