Alan , Youra crazyee mon!!! What about a corduroy? There are several California Tartans are there not? I might like one of those as well. It's about supporting the local talent any way yeah?

Alan,
I've seens the photos of your handywork. I know I would be interested in a 5 yd, wool USA tartan. If the moderators would permit it, perhaps you could get a poll from XMarkers on who would be interested in a district tartan. It might help you with your decision, or give you an idea of whether or not a niche market would be enough to justify your initial investment in equipment, materials, and rental space. Just a thought.

I've got 4 meters of Clan Xbay tartan on it's way here, if you're interested in building something out of it too Alan.

hrm, I'd have to save up a bit, but I'd be interested in either New Mexico (think you'd have to get the tartan from ms. Kathy Lare though) or Kentucky tartans.
