I wear my sporran outside the straps and the belt inside, unless they are small loops (like on my USAK casual) and I want to wear my wider belt. Then both go outside the loops.

scottish decent for me and she is german/czech/greek mix. the event takes place in New Braunfels, Tx. Prince Solms of Braunfels Germany founded the town and it is a type of October fest.
