los gatos Blackwatch 5/13 7:30
I know this seems like short notice but I had this on another thread. Saturday at 7:30 in Los Gatos The Blackwatch on Santa Cruz avenue. The main drag in down town. Try to wear a blckwatch kilt/tank for this one. It would be very cool to have everyone show up in B/W kilts. The more the merrier

NEW VENUE for South Bay Kilt Night (2nd Saturday of each month):
South Bay Kilt Night - This Saturday!! Starting at 7:30 pm
Black Watch Scottish Pub [MAP & REVIEW LINKED FROM KILTDAY.COM LISTING]
141 1/2 N. Santa Cruz Ave, Downtown Los Gatos, CA 408.354.2200.
What a great excuse to break out your classic Black Watch kilt! Come one, come all to the new & improved South Bay Kilt Night... wear your "BW tank" or any kilt you like and join us for a great time! The more, the merrier!
REVIEW FROM CITYSEARCH.COM
A local favorite since 1959, this dark and unassuming tavern consists of a handful of oversized wooden booths in the main room, a bustling bar scene and a smaller gaming area in the back with pinball and Pac-Man. Coats of arms and other Scottish cultural paraphernalia co-exist with purple Christmas lights and other modern touches. The predominantly classic-rock jukebox spills out tunes while kamikaze shots and beers are consumed with vigor.
NOTE FROM MOTORMAN:
How could this new location possibly fail? A Scottish Pub, voted "Best Kamikaze Shots" in the South Bay (served pitcher style), they come in pineapple and cranberry flavor, with a strainer (for the ice) and shot glasses for the whole group! Bring your own designated driver, Michael can't drive us ALL home afterward!!!
WE HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE!

By lovely red headed wife and I will try to make it. We'll be spending all day at Bonfante Gardens with our two children and my parents . At the end of the day we will either be too exhausted to move or desperate to get away from the family. Must remember to wear Blackwatch tartan...
Cheers
