No wonder it is such a crazy sport...Only one I know of where rules just weren't strong enough, they had to go on an make Laws to govern it! Exactly what to rugby police look like? Are they kilted, and, more importantly, are they allowed to carry firearms? Rugby players can be a bit out of control...most of the time!
