    Only if it is completely hidden by your vest. If your belt peaks through at all then it is best that you had not even worn it.

    You are correct, the belt should not be worn with the PC. But I feel naked without it. When it gets hot later in the night you remove the jacket & vest I think the kilt on its own does not look right, my choice.
