So, who is going to step up to the plate? Hmmm...

Oh, with regards the under apron pocket, seems many of the Regimental kilts made for Canadian Regiments have had them since before WW2. Who knew? I know I sure didn't. Met a bud currently with the NS Highlanders and, lo and behold, his kilt had one. He said he'd never seen one in the Regiment without.

I wish Jeff all the best. I own two of his kilts, one of which I wear to work. Jeff made an excellent product and I for one love the two I do own. His work will be missed.

Well nuts. I was just about to order my second PK (and one for my newborn son) when Jeff "temporarily" went out of business. Now that temporary means forever, well that just sucks.

Attention all other contemporary kiltmakers. I want a denim, flannel lined kilt for me and my bairn, who's gonna start making them?

    Sad....very sad.

    Hope Jeff is happy though.

Trying to get rid of some fat to sqeeze back into my three PKs.

Jeff, all the best wishes and success in all your endeavours!

And I'm just glad I ordered my PK when I did.

Darn, Darn, Darn! I was trying to buy a black and gold kilt when Jeff started his other job and so I waited for his return. I wish the best for Jeff in his new job and the best for his family.

Is there any kilt maker out there taking up the slack who can make a black and gold kilt? If so please let me know so I can spend the money I was holding for Jeff.

I wish Jeff all the best. It is a shame though as he made a quality product. As ByDand brought up, Jeff made some unique products, like the two tone kilt, and it would be great if another kiltmaker could pick up those concepts.
