Now, when my wife and I visit Scotland, there are two places I really have to spend a night: Kincaid House- and Ferintosh!
Maybe you can even enlighten me on the virtues of single malt; I've always preferred Jack Daniels. But I'm always open to learning…

JD is a blend o grains.... single malt is 100% malted barley...(thot's the guid stuff!)
