I saw the same sort of thing happening at the Fergus Games last year. It seem oddly a trend in there booth at some of the games. I know the owner would not appreciate hearing these sorts of things are happening but it is happening. I would not say it is a reflection on the owners themselves but in the end it is. The people you have selling your product are a direct reflection of what the customer perceives your company to be like. If they are selling your product they should know how to sell, measure and inform the customer all that your company is trying to deliver.
A few bad seeds are less buisness. Negative press and dissatisfied customers any owner can do without.
