I just thought I'd share this image taken by my wife.



The doctor has said that some of the best medicine for my back is walking in the woods. This was taken today while following orders. In the hills behind my house

Couldn't have said it better myself. What a beautiful part of the world. Google Earth shows some pretty steep valley walls. I'll bet that's good excercise.
