Having it for breakfast doesn't sound too healthy though! If I did that, I'd be twice my current (slightly) overweight size. No, a small bowl of 'Special K' with fully skimmed milk, a glass of orange juice, a pro-biotic yoghurt drink (anti-cholesterol), and a cup of coffee sees me through to early evening most days! Of course, when I visit Dumfries later on, my breakfasts will naturally be more substantial!!!
ai'd recommend a guid lang walk in the hills after a haggis breccy...
an it'll bae ma pleasure tae serve ya oop the haggis when ever ya can venture oop this way...
