Surfing around a bit yesterday, and I am re thinking the leg tattoo thing. I have to finish the one on my back first, and than the half-sleeve on the left, but after that if my wife won't go for the matching wrist bands or I chicken out of the torc, I may get some leg work done. There are so many possibilities.

That's the nice thing, and most frustrating thing about tattoos. There are so many possibilities out there of what you can get done, there just isn't the time (or money) to get everything you want. I'm have a couple tattoos in mind that I would like to get done, but trying to figure out which one? where? what style? it's frustrating, but that's the fun of it.

I'll buy that. All those guys that think it is tough telling their spouse that they ordered another kilt, try telling your spouse you are getting a few more tattoos

I wish. I can't justify it when I have two young children, them and my wife come first. This being an adult thing is harder then it looks.

don't laugh, my daughter tattooist bf was telling us about people paying to get knife or gun scars, specifying the make and model.

Me, I like the idea of a Celtic knot armband with my family's names woven through it.

Talked to my daughter about that thistle one back there, we've started sketches on the skean dhu.

I posted another pic of my calf tat a while back, but this is a better one. It also shows the dark brown cord UK that I got a while back (limited run back last summer), it is the most comfortable UK (barring the spartan) I have.

BTW, when I got it my wife was there with the video camera and laughing at me the whole time (it is my first and only tat).
