New Fraser Tartan USA Kilts Casual

Perfect timing, temps are over 100 degrees F now here in the canyonlands. I really NEEDED some lightweight kilts.

The little pleat curl on the right side is from the wind, not the kiltmaker. You can see the generous pleats on the left side. 2 3/4" deep, 1 1/2" wide pleats showing.

Its kind of in the shadows, but that's the new Stillwater lightweight ballistic nylon "sporran."

Pics are overlooking the new Antelope Point Marina being built on the Navajo Reservation at the Colorado River in Arizona.

Thanks Rocky or Kelly, whoever sewed this puppy up. I am one happy camper....okay...hiker...getting too olde to sleep on the ground.

    Ron,

The kilt looks great and the vistas you get to enjoy...spectacular.

    Ron,

For some reason I'm getting the little red x's both here and in your gallery save for one shot. What I can see there looks good. My only wool kilt right now is the Fraser Modern Red. I wish there were a casual Hunting or Ancient version available. Je Suis Prest!

That's a pretty sweet looking kilt Ron. You'll have to add the Fraser Ancient Hunting to that list of kilts of yours one day to cover the Frasers really well.

    Aye Colin,

That's a fine looking tartan. Maybe for my Kathy's Kilts wish list...

Hope Macsim comes back and sees that too.

Yes, that's the one I want! Some day anyway. I can see the pics here at work fortunately. I prefer that version to the hunting that's more of a brown color.

The picture may be misleading. The Fraser Ancient Hunting has quite a bit of brown in it. Personally I think that is one of the best things about it. One minute the kilt looks blue, the next it looks green, the next it looks brown. It's quite a beutiful tartan, which is better seen in person.
