    Diverse group. I'm impressed.

My outside interests include doing anything with my 5 year old boxer - Baxter, golf and tennis, reading, working toward my (quite elusive) MBA, hiking/camping, kayaking and Highland games. I am a competitive (*natural*) powerlifter, so training and competing are two of my great loves, and the most time consuming things that I do.

    ...and I love beer.

Deer hunting, muzzleloading and shooting just about any other legal firearm, as well as hunting with crossbows. Fishing, both fresh and saltwater, league bowling (told yall. I'm a redneck) and golf.

Tenpin, two leagues. I'm not a great bowler. average around 180 most of the time. I just don't have the power to throw a lot of strikes on todays oil patterns, but I'm an accurate spare shooter.

Hmm, where does most of my "free" time go? Well, I'm an MSF instructor and ride a Honda Blackbird, sothat accounts for more than a few weekends each month: I can't seem to stay out of the back country with a 3wt flyrod and a handful of LaFontaine E.S.P's in size 16-I'll take Angus our Border Collie if Tracy isn't competing with him that weekend at freestyle frisbee. I enjoy history, the Games, my sound system for music *and* movies, and untill I trashed my knees I spent a good bit of time studying Tomiki Aikido.

Bryan...I suspect the list is longer if I think about it...

Thanks! That pic was taken in Aug. 2002 at the Bonneville Salt Flats during Speed Week. Had a great time down there with it.

I just read your new diner column about the Brunswick. Very well done! You have a great writing style.

If you ever come up to to Calgary you'll have to stop at the Harley Diner. It's not an original old diner like the ones you are used to, but it was created from the old Harley dealership building to look like a large diner. My wife and I dined there on Monday and it's great!
