Just a general observation, since I cannot speak to the Greenville games specifically: remember that clan tents are manned by volunteers, who unlike the vendors, are not making a living by traveling around to various games. Some clan reps can only make so many games a year due to work and the cost of going to games (hotel, gas, clan tent fees, etc.)
Also, a society may not have someone to represent them in your area, so no clan tent -- you could always check with the clan society and see if this is so, and then volunteer! We (clan societies in general) are always looking for volunteers to help out!

Todd is quite right. The games did a good job with it's advertising to
the general public. I think they had a excellent turnout between 5 to 8
thousand. They do need to work on their Clan recruiting.
A number of folks will go back to their clans and say that they need
to have a tent there next year.
They are a little pricey for the
Clans that do not reimburse their members for expenses of the
tents. I think they were around $200 to $225.
If they want more Clans they should off some spaces with less expenses.
i.e. bring your own tent ext.
The Foothills games did that this past year and had 3 times the number of
clans they have had in the past.
