Hmmmm...you have to give him credit for having the balls to wear that! (and yes, I expect the "bad pun" police to be knocking on my door shortly. Hehehehe)

I think this is only slightly less prevelant than "Attacked by a kiltie wielding an empty single-malt bottle".
this usually occurs in the wee hours of the morning, with the attacker charging and blathering something about more scotch.
bee on the lookout.

Really. I mean, if you are going to go for ooglie, at least DO go for the correct ooglie.
Jeesh. I sure hope these kilt enthusiasts never turn up here as lurkers.

I look at the fellow in the soccerball kilt and a news flash springs to mind...
Hamburg Germany
Mr. Dinsdale H. Gumby, retired certified public accountant was kicked to death in a stadium parking lot this afternoon. Mr. Gumby had just attended a World Cup Football match when a drunken group of Scottish football fans came apon him and started kicking him. At this time it is unclear if the motive was anger at the game results, anger at the strange soccerball kilt worn by Mr. Gumby, or if they were too drunk to tell that there was an elderly gentleman attached to the soccerball they were playing with. Several bottles of Single malt and a sheep were found at the crime scene. The six young Scots in question are currently assisting the Police with their inquiries.
