Excellent pics, Derek. Nice to see Cardiff City Hall again and the Brecons look to be worth a visit.

I see in that last pic you managed to bend that cardboard Derek cutout enough to fit it in a pub chair.

Those pics of Wales looked beautiful. I love that old stone construction.

P1M .. Elaine had some things she had to do for her Dad (who is'nt to good), so I went off and took em all to Brecon and then Elaine met us off the bus when we came back, then we all went to the pub... as one does! She don't like to miss out on everything! I could'nt buy everyone a round by the time we came back cause I'm still in debt to Rob and Arwyn from the other weekend to the tune of £150 (they kept fining me) .. but thats another story .. maybe Rob will explain sometime . I'm glad it brought back some memories Ham .. we will take you to the Waterfalls when you come over next .. must make it before the bad weather sets in.

Derek, I joined this board for the kilt knowledge and companionship but you, P1M and Ham are increasing my knowledge of and desire to visit Wales, Scotland and England. Great photo's. And all of you keep it up!

Derek is quite correct about being £150 in debt to Arwyn and me from the other weekend. When Derek, Arwyn and I left the others to return to where the cars were parked, Derek (being the guide) kept telling us that it was all downhill walking from then on, but Derek’s idea of ‘downhill’ seemed to include rather a lot of ‘uphill’, so Arwyn and I fined him £50 for every stretch of uphill walking, which amounted to £200 in total. We then reduced the fine by small amounts for each downhill bit. The final sum was £150 by the time we got back to the cars. However, being the generous person that I am (and I am sure Arwyn would agree), I have decided to cancel the fine because Derek has otherwise paid his penance by providing us all with such wonderful photos.
