Who wears Celtic jewelry?

I wear a bracelet that is of 2 bands of twisted sterling silver. It's a torq (sp?) style with a triple celtic knot on both ends. Pretty thin. Not very heavy at all. I also have several knotwork, claddagh, and thistle rings I wear. I usually wear 2 or 3 rings at a time on each hand, because they are thick and heavy on my fingers. I also wear a celtic cross pendant on a flat type chain link type necklace. All of my celtic jewelry is sterling. I very RARELY wear gold. I just like the look of silver better. It is daily wear. Claddaghs someday, knots another, then maybe a mixture of them both the next. Depends on my mood.
I have only worn that cross pendant on me since I was 16. I haven't worn any other necklace since. And will never wear another afterwards. It is a constant on my neck. Given to me by my mum on my birthday when I turned 16, and I will give it to my son when he turns 16. I promised it to him, and I willed the necklace and pendant, to my son, and him only. Never to be sold, traded or given away for any goods, money or bartered in any way, and upon his death, he is to have it melted down and add it to his grandmothers headstone into 1 single tear drop, which the tear drop will be precarved after her death.

I've a celtic knotwork spinner ring I just got a couple of weeks ago that I wear now. I also have a thors hammer with celtic knots on it, based on a find from an archeological dig.

Other than that, I dont wear jewelry much. I did just buy my girlfriend a claddagh ring yesterday though.

My brother has a celtic/nordic hammer. Your hammer is it Thors hammer? Mjolnir? The knotwork is on the handle, right? It is supposedly making the face of Odin. A Viking/Nordic/North Celtic god. Thor, Tor, Thur!

The hammer is a Thor's hammer, reproduced from one found in Odeshog, Ostergotland, Sweden in the 10th century.

This is the original hammer on which mine is based. Mine is in pewter.

Depending on the occasion-the hammer in either pendant or ring form.

Also, but not every day, The Irminsul as a pendant, and for special occasions The Armill.

I never worn any jewellery although sometimes wear a Pictish wolf brooch on my jacket or jerkin.
However, I do enjoy making Celtic jewellery ( there's some examples here )

I like working with silver and titanium and although the titanium is harder to work the colours that can be obtained make it worth while. The ring in the middle of this photo is probably my favorite as I was trying to create the effect of the sun bouncing off of ocean waves.

I have 2 pieces I wear everyday.
First, I have a celtic knot necklace that my wife gave me when we were
dating. The second is a continuous celtic knot wedding band.

My wedding band has a Claddagh engraved in it. I wear Catholic medals under my shirt and one is a Celtic cross. When I finish up my current weight loss I am going to buy myself a Celtic knot ring for my right hand. (Down 60 lbs but still have 30 more to go.)

I have a Celtic knotwork ring and a Claddagh ring, along with a Celtic cross necklace. I only wear them occasionally, as I'm not really much on jewelry.
