Belmont (CA) Kilt Night - June 2006
A warm evening brought out a large crowd, making picture taking difficult.
Everyone loved the skunk sporran.

Jake found his way to the rabble.

Lookin' good!

A really good band made for lively dancers

Master Sinbad and his sister were having a good time.

Nice hat!

Did I mention it was crowded?

Very crowded.

Converting the unkilted?

Have film pictures, but they need to be developed and scanned.

way2fractious (box-pleat Weathered Ferguson) & Motorman (MacDonald tartan)

Tim_C and daughter were there also, but no pic taken. A few serious inquiries from the unkilted. It was a pleasant evening all around.

The Devil's Canyon Brewery was packed! The two bands played some great covers and the Bay Area Kilted Krew were there! The talented Way2Fractious joined, Motorman4Life, Tim C. and his lovely daughter, Alan H., Chris (CameronTaylor's friend), new X-Marker Monkey@Arms, Sinbad (who hit the dancefloor with his sister Xena and never turned back ), Walkerk and his lady, myself, and the Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess to have a swell time. We all got lots of smiles and friendly questions. The Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess wore her new kilted mini skirt and recieved many compliments. (You know I've never been partial to the Loud McCleod, but for some reason I really like it on her). All in all a great evening. Thanks to Way2Fractious and Walkerk for the pictures.
Cheers (with a Full Boar Scotch Ale of Course)

Such a joy to see a "kilt invasion."
