Cheap out of tune pipes might be nearly the ultimate in retaliation, but wouldn't you worry about the neighbors calling the "animal welfare cops" about you mutulating cats or something" Seriously, I once got one of those "hip-hop" guys that ride qown the road with the volume and bass cranked up so loud that the roof on the car pulsates to roll up his windows at a stop light just by cranking up the volume on a Bagpipe CD

Don't you remember that great old Bugs Bunny cartoon where the Scottish equivalent of Elmer Fudd walks by in ihis kilt playing the pipes and Bugs yells out, "Oh my gosh....that old lady is being attacked by an octopus! Don't worry, granny, I'll save you!"

    Been there, done that!!!
I drive a convertible and usually have at least one BAGPIPE heavy song/CD in the car (often in the player).
When I hear ANY annoying music (particular hip-hop, rock, and country songs), I CRANK THE PIPES! The high pitched pipes peirces through the thump heavy music like a stone through water.

PS-> my radio has a WIDE range of stations-> classical, hip-hop, country, rock, punk, NPR. (There used to be a station in Atlanta- Clark college I think- that was completely random of ALL of these-> Jay-Z, Bach, Beetles, Moazart, Stones, Tom Petty, est-> you NEVER knew what would come next!) So, it really is certain songs/pieces.

    Talking

As mentioned before, politely ask the neighbors to tone the noise down a bit that early in the morn. If you get a rude response, then I have a NICE cd made by my brother. He is a dj. He spins drum and bass/ jungle music. (VERY loud bass rave music) I'll send you a copy for free! lol! I guarantee you that that will make the neighbors tone it down a notch, after hearing that music every day all day! Better have good speakers! Don't want ya to blow yer speakers out! Hahahaha!

BUSTED! We were shooting fireworks tonight and the neighbors called the police about the noise. Well, to make a long story short, they came out and caught us in the act. BUT I had the last laugh though. I'm licensed and had a permit for tonights fireworks.

If at war-> fire those "in their general direction" (more potent than to fart in their general direction)

Actually, my parents (ALSO in Georgia-> where fireworks are illegal w/o permit) "accidently" shot some bottle rockets toward and above their neighbors! The bottle rack fell over b/c of a dent in the yard.

I, however, live in one of the few states that have legal fireworks-> good for tourism, for people travel here from hundred to a thousand miles to get them.

From the land of rednecks and explosives-> a fun but dangerous combo,
