I've had that site bookmarked for a long time. The lack of common sense never ceases to amaze me.
I have a BATF permit (type 54) for fireworks plus hands on training and I know exactly how dangerous they are. We may complain about "restrictive" laws but when your dealing with something that can "alter your reality in oh so many ways" those laws are a necessity.
