I don't know why this always happens, but every time we watch a parade and hear the bag pipes coming, they stop playing when they get to us. They're probably out of breath! Marching, blowing, playing, breathing...takes alot out of you. Maybe you're just one of those people that finds themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time. Good luck next time!
