    The first operation in Europe under anaesthetic was carried out on 19th December 1846 by Dr. Scott at the original Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary, Dumfries, Scotland. Two days earlier than other claims!

    Congratulations, Doctot Niblox. It was close to 30 C here yesterday, and I thought it was quite comfortable. Of course, it has been running around 35 with high humidity.
