Well if it ends up being here we'll have to petition the Chicago City Coucil into issuing a proclaimation...they do that pretty much at the drop of a hat in these parts:

WHEREAS; a whole rabble of kilted dudes have descended upon our fair city...

WE HEREBY PROCLAIM that it is Kilt Day in Chicago and anyone without a kilt gets thrown into Lake Michigan.

Seriously, if you haven't seen Navy Pier it's pretty fun...love to see it swarming with the Kilted Brethren. They also have dinner cruise boats on the lake...we went on one for my wife's birthday a few years ago and found out that most of the cruise had been bought out by a large group of Canadian Shriners...you haven't lived until you've seen a couple of hundred sixty-odd year old Canadian guys and their wives dancing the YMCA on a cruise ship on Lake Michigan...love to see a boatload of kilts...sort of Pirates of the Caledonian part deux.
