Hey what about a day hike this Sunday, July 9 or next July 16th.
Nice and easy Great Falls Tavern to Old Anglers Inn lot. I do have one NPS annaul pass. Widewater is reopened. Distance is two miles one way or park at one place and do four mile round trip, the folks on coffee or in shape can do Billy Goat section A kilted. The NWS says 82F by noon.

I won't be able to make this one. I'm leaving for Miami for a conference this Saturday and won't be back until the following Sunday. It's a great idea though.

Yikes, how did I miss this thread. I probably couldn't have made it this time as my back has decided to go south on me for a bit but we really enjoy hiking in Great Falls so count me in for next time.

Looks like you guys had fun! I just have one question how did the duck hold up on the hike?
