while not kilt related, i'm currently jonesing for a new apartment application to get approved and for my better half to get a new job!

only after those two conditions have been met can i even begin to think about jonesing for kilt related items.

although i can say i'm jonesing for my x marks kilt...I just have to finish making the bloody thing!

    update from Jones St.

Well all, I'm still sitting here on the curb of Jones St.

I got my X-Marks kilt pin from the KiltedCodewarrior*, it's sitting on my dresser waiting for my first custom kilt from Matt Newsome. I've emailed Freelander Sporrano about my Freelander Sporran. I'm waiting for him to reply. I'm jonesing for my kilt, I'm jonesing for my sporran. I'm thinking it's been a long, long time since I've been this excited about waiting for something. It makes me feel like a kid again... and that isn't such a bad thing.

    Cheers

    * If you don't have one you should PM him, they are quite cool

Well, the only things I am jonesing for (as in ordered and waiting to be delivered!) are my XMarks kilt, box-pleated, from Matt, and my Xmarks t-shirt from MBHandy. But I am feeling serious kilt buying withdrawals (I have not purchased a new kilt in at least 2 months!) and I have so many on my list. And of course Ham had to post a pic of his Brittany Walking kilt (#63)! That is one sweet looking kilt!

So many kilts, so little time....

I ordered a new 6-yard muted MacNaughton from Caledonian Kilts, and heard from Davey that it shipped on Monday. Let's see, with luck I'll have it next Monday. arrrgh!

I modified my Bearkilt muted MacNaughton for a clan buddy, and I wish we'd get together for the exchange. I"ve been looking at the thing for too long.

...and of course my X Marks Kilt (make it myself)

Panache, I believe David is on holidays for another week or two. I remember him mentioning it, but I could be wrong.

The only order I'm waiting for is for 8 yards of macewen muted tartan.

Then I'm waiting for myself to stop being lazy, to make two kilts for myself (MacFarlane and MacEwen muted)

Still waiting on the MacEwen (Should be here in about two weeks!) and I finished the MacFarlane about a week ago.

    Colin,

Thanks for the information. I was wondering why I didn't hear back for him. When I inquired about the price of a particular sporran last month he got back to me immediately. Now I can afford it, I'm just hoping he still has it.

    Cheers
