Thanks for all the well wishes.

Retro and Ron, I looked for both of you on Saturday. We caught the free concert in the square Friday night. The Wicked Tinkerers put on one heck of a show. We were at the games for a couple of hours from Noonish till about 3pm. The Mrs. was feeling a little ill from the heat, so I just got in as much of the vendor tents as possible. I picked up a cheapy canvas kilt from one of them. When the rains came we decided that was a sign to get on the road and head home. Sorry I missed you guys. What a bummer. Oh well, some other time  I did manage to get a tattoo while in Flag. I got an old Sailor Jerry flash piece at Burly Fish from Patrick. Heck of a nice guy and an even better artist. We had a good week. We hung out downtown Flagstaff all week and hit the Canyon on Wednesday. We caught the Petrified Forrest on the way in. We were gonna see the meteor crator, but the frulgeness wouldn't let me pay $15 a head for entrance.

Well dang....grumble grumble...real sorry to miss you two too.

Glad you got to savor Flagstaff's downtown. Thanks for the tip on a good artist. My guy, Matt Green left Page and moved to Biloxi, then got Katrina'd out and last I heard was working up near Ft. Bragg. Finding another artist is a challenge.

Was at the games for a few hours mid day. About 11 to 1. Looked all over for you guys...we were probably doing the same thing in different parts of the venue always moving so we missed each other. And I figured long red hair and earplugs with tats would be easy to find.

It seemded a LOT smaller this year, fewer vendors, fewer clans. Never did find the Cameron tent if there was one.

I dropped $400 with the vendors...$120 on kilt pins (Ham, don't know quite whether to curse you or thank you for the tip of a kilt pin for every kilt), two Jacobite shirts in colors I needed, A Northern Arizona Irish Foundation henley, and some other stuff I don't recall because I'm in detox from my shopping frenzy....oh...some maroon kilt hose...a real find to go with some of my tartans.

I'm down in Keams Canyon on the Hopi Rez today then heading back up across Black Mesa over them lonesome dirt rez roads to get home.

Hope you guys have a great time for the rest of your honeymoon.

Well darn. Yeah I guess we all must have been in three different corners of the venue. I could've spent more money, but decided not to go too awful crazy. I was really hunting for some kilt hose (stone or grey or something similar) but actually didn't see any. Good find on the maroon hose.

I actually saw another fella wearing the Henderson ancient colours. Some older gent in the Gunn tent (makes sense.) I was hoping there'd be a Henderson clan tent, but that's ok.

As said, Flagstaff was wonderful. Had a blast spending a week downtown.
