Very swanky looking pub, P1M, was the building previously used as a bank?

I read a review of that pub and they said the liquor is good and the place is always crowded, but their food isn't that great. Have you eaten there?

    So....what is a "kirk"?

The only one I know is Captain Kirk and that knowledge is no help at all in this instance.
