Yep. SWK has three levels of kilts - the economy runs in the $40 range, and while one would not wear it to a formal event, it is a perfect knock-around or one to get used to kilting in. I wear them a lot (and no I don't work for SWK 
) for general use where I would never wear a real kilt for fear of damage. But the economy kilts looks good and perform well for what they are.
