Tidbit of a quiz
What "imposible" Scottish food is popular around the world?
A. Edinburgh rock made from Glasgow rocks
B. Vegetarian haggis
C. Bagpipe-flavored dog food
Answer:
Haggis is a sheep's insides stuffed into a sheep's stomach. Yet a haggis manufacturer is producing a "vegetarian haggis" made with nuts and mushrooms stuffed inside goodness-knows what. But if it's "vegatarian" it has no sheep bits in it at all, so it can't be a "haggis". Of every eight haggis sold, one is a "vegatarian". Very odd.
A little food for thought.
