Is this a great place or what? Where else can you get step by step instructions covering almost every aspect of the kilted life!

Well done P1M - and Thanks!

Great pics and explanation P1M, but where in the hell do you buy blue stockings? And are they yours or Emma's?

    Well done P1M (& Emma)!

Did you know you matched the stocking with the Kilt colors?
Or atleast they appear to match on my monitor...really cool

Have fun and take lots of pictures!

    Cheers,

you forgot a few key steps.

    1. make sure you have single malt scotch available and glass into which to pour it.

    2. pour glass of scotch

    3 <begin kilt roll>

    4. check glass of scotch...refill if empty

    5. <continue roll >

    6. check glass again..refill if empty

    7. <finish roll and insert into roll stocking>

    8. refill glass and cenebrate your victory over the trousered!

    9. Attempt to log into xmarks and post the pics you took while rolling kilt.

    10. Call P1M over to share last few drams...

Well done, and thank you Robertson for describing the process so clearly. I have mentioned this method of preparing the kilt for travel many times, but have never created such a clear vision of the proceedure as you have. This is, without doubt, THE way to pack our kilts when journeying.

(PS: Who is cooking the Haggis breakfasts whilst you're away?)
