Don't know if someone here talked to them, but awhile after this thread started I got a message, then a call from Stewart, telling me that he's going to set it right. Got the waistcoat, tag printed as the correct size, and it fits. Thanks to all.

Alot of the vendors still read the site. Nick from the kiltstore has posted a few times. They seem to be a very customer driven business and I am sure that after seeing the complaint they wanted to remedy the situation.

I would say it's better now, with a phone number that's available for this side of the pond, so as to talk to a real person, at least to verify your order's progress. Find out if item is currently in stock in your size, the duties and what the Fedex shipping will be BEFORE placing an order.
