Welcome aboard! The first kilt is often the hardest, there's a ton of info here at X-Marks. Feel free to ask any questions, no matter how dumb they may seem. If we can't find the answer we'll make one up.

    Welcome

I'm very new to the board and not so new to wearing. I've gotten many compliments from younger people when I'm kilted casual and tons of compliments from most when I'm dressed semi-formal. Find your own comfort and style zone and you'll fit right in. O'Neille

    Phil -

Hi, I am yet another Phil, I am in Phoenix.

I have only had my Utilikilt for two weeks.

Okay....you know about how they say that they are so comfortable? I had no idea until I tried it on. Once you try one on you will be hooked.

Last night I finally took a walk on a windy night. Oh my gosh!!

What does your wife think about this idea?

The first one might be difficult because venturing out in public to the store etc. is kind of scarey for some guys - depending upon the person.

Welcome and let us know if you have any questions.

    Welcome from sunny Northeast Florida.

Think about this...each time any of us wear a kilt it is a new experience for many of those who see us. In that respect as we face new people and environments while kilted it is like wearing it the first time. Simply walk as a gentleman with your head high, your shoulders square and with a commanding stride. You will be viewed with respect by those of consequence.

    Cheers! Bill
