I had this old Jacket in my wardrobe doing nothing, I admit it to be a little on the snug side. My wife & I thought, lets try & make a kilt Jacket out of it. Jacket Before alterations Jacket after alterations What do you think,is it serviceable or not. (There is buttons to go on the epaulettes yet )
