    good day in Uxbridge

went to the highlands of Durham games today in Uxbridge Ontario.
met my old friend rob from R-kilts.
I love his new hemp kilts, nice n soft.
his other kilts are very nice too.
I went with money in pocket(UK kilt)
but didn't buy one today, spoiled for choice you see.
I will post a pic if I can figure it out.

Sorry you couldn't be there Blu. You could have seen the guys building the dry stone walls . They were wearing kilts whilst hauling and shaping the stone for the walls. (They happen to be wearing Rkilts and were building the wall next door to me. Wasn't at all planned. I will follow with photos possibly tomorrow.
Just got back from Uxbridge. It was good to see you again Phil. So next time I will only display one kilt when I know you are coming so as to make it easier to choose. LOL
    Cheers

This company was in the booth next to me. They wear kilts whilst building the stone walls.

Robert, nice pics . . . leather would certainly be a durable choice for handling rough materials like stone.

How large a crew do they have? Are the kilts their standard "uniform" full-time?
