I'd be tempted - if possible, to shorten and slightly taper the sleeves from elbow to wrist.
OK I am a perfectionist, and the jacket looks very good indeed - but I think the sleeves are just a little bit too long and wide for that truly 'sharp' look.

I just read this thread again and had to comment about the before and after shots. That is an amazing transformation. From the too small leisure suit look to a sophisticated kilt wearing gentleman. Very well done. O'Neille
