Yes, I tried searching the forum on "Santa Fe" but I was getting matches where everyone wanted "Santa" to bring them more kilts so I gave up 
New Mexico has two tartans, an "official" one and an "unofficial" one, "The Land of Enchantment" tartan. The City of Albuquerque also has its own tartan to celebrate the 300th anniversary of it's founding.

There are several Scottish societies, pipe bands, etc. in NM, so I wouldn't imagine any problems with a kilt there.
