On a typical morning:
Utilikilted:
1) Get up and take off sleep clothes
2) Shower (if I didn't do it the night before) and clean up
3) Put soccer or other long sox on
4) Add shoes or boots
5) Get online, check email, forums, and Craigslist - can be sometimes up to an hour or 90 minutes (the joys of living in the country)...
6) When done with that, find underwear, put underwear on
7) Add a shirt
8) Snap UK on and buckle the belt
9) Grab keys, wallet, and if I'm taking photos, grab what I need gear-wise
10) Stuff said items into cargo pockets.
11) Walk out of the door.
Traditionally kilted:
Same as above, but replace soccer sox with kilt hose and flashes and add:
8) strap kilt on, buckle belt, add sporran.
9) Grab keys and wallet
10) stuff into sporran
11) stuff any photo gear into camera bag, or, if only carrying one camera with a lens, strap it over the shoulder
12) walk out of the door after doublechecking everything in the mirror.
