Haha! yea, I was just waking up from my nap when I logged on. It's tailor.
By the way, I asked the guy what we could do other than send the kilt back to Seattle. I don't think this is a big deal as I'll most likely never use this feature but would like to have them.....I guess.
My mother is a fine seamstress, (She made my first kilt as a wee lad) but the man at utilikilt said ya need a snap button machine so this is something that can't be done at home I think. Anyway, no big deal but I do like to see how customer service handles problems so as to let me know if I'll do more business in the future. So far I happy. I mowed my yard today in my new kilt and the grass seemed alittle bit greener.
