Heading to the Games in WA
Here I am on my way to the Games in Enumclaw, WA. I went Saturday in a white jakobite shirt and off white hose, with brown belt and sporran, which gave a more casual appearance. When I went back Sunday, I decided to add a bit of color and try out the new shirt I had bought, with black leather. (it was really sunny that morning, so I've got my eyes closed in the photo--staying all night at the ceilidh might have had something to do with it too)

Whew...I read your post before I looked at the picture and thought "Did he forget to put on his Kilt!?"
Great picture. I think that shirt looks great with your kilt and the hose too.

Not normally a fan of the Jacobite shirts (shades of Seinfeld have followed me through life ) I really do like this one. Great kilt too.
Nice job, and yes please, what is the tartan?
[b][SIZE=2] In Soviet Russia, kilt wears you.

Yep, that's morning after the night before eyes alright. One of those mornings where all the doors just can't be wide enough...
Very smart indeed IIT. I dig the matching tartan flashes.

Hi Irish. Looking good. The blue of the shirt compliments the kilt well and picks up the blue lines in it. I have mixed feelings about the jacobite shirt and haven't bought one yet but seeing your picture maybe I'll have too.

Its a Moran family tartan. Thanks for the compliments. This shirt is a bit more toned down than the baggy casual jakobite shirts. Probably still just for the games, but who knows.
