Working as a cook means I wear a solid black Pittsburgh kilt or one of the no longer available USA Victory kilts. The hand sewn traditionals are for everything else though I do have a Pittsburgh kilt that is the same weight and feel of dress slacks, they look great when you want a smart modern look withoot the tartan.
