an this is the Spirit Safe... this is where the raw spirit comin oot o' the stills is divided intae foreshots, middle cut, an after shots... anily the middle cut is kept... the others gae back tae bae distilled again... ya can see the spirit poorin oot oan the left side...
an this guid woman is Isobel... she runs the tastin room.... a' distilleries give ya a wee dram after the tour.... Isobel gives ya many different yins... if ya hang oot and chat a bit... she gave ua a taste o' Glenkinchie 10 & Glenkinchie Double Matured... & Blair Atholl 12 & Benrinnes 16 ... & Caol Ila 18 & Pittyvaich 14 & ... ... Mortlach 12... noo THAT is ma kin' o' woman!

Excellent illustrated report, P1M; great pictures and an enjoyable read. But I think you would have needed a larger kilt to conceal that illicit still!
