LOL, thanks for the offer I would love to go, but I'm afraid I'd end up drinking anyway (I'm a recovering alcoholic, unfortunately; no more of the black stuff for Seamus, poor lad ) I might go if I had a friend standing by to kick me **** if I pick up any alcohol . . . I just don't want to risk that right now. [well, I do, but it woudn't be wise]

I completely understand but if you really want to go and enough of us do decide to go I'd be happy to buy you a few sodas of your choice and help make sure that you aren't tempted to 'fall off the wagon' so to speak. I'm sure that there are folks that will attend who would make the same offer.
Chris.

I sent my friends down to Sportkilt and they dropped my name, James hooked them up and threw down a huge discount so they're equipped for the night, a few others are gonna get kilts for next years Mooning of the Amtrak and after party.
Now if Beer night at Devil's Canyon and the Rags show in Alameda coincide, this month is goona sizzle (in a good way too !)
CT - unhungover this am.

Geez Dragon there goes your anonymity! If you ever head up to Devils Canyon for the kilt nite here let me know. I'll help keep you on the straight and not so narrow!

I don't know about yon East Coast but our UnOfficial event is the first saturday after the fourth of July. Nobody is actually in charge so it's a "just don't get dead or arrested and we'll all be fine" kind of thing.

Maybe you could start one over there ...
CT - boulder kilt on it's way
