I got my SWK Wallace Economy last week, and I LOVE it! I can't wear kilts to work. But, I'm off the next three days, so I think I'll kick them off in the Wallace tonight and tomorrow

My SWK Wallace is my favorite hiking kilt. I'm really looking forward to SWK adding some new tartans to their economy line.

I just got my SWK Wallace and I have been asking Jerry when will he be getting the Wallace in Standard.
Maybe all of us should ask and spread the word about a Standard Wallace from SWK. My Great Grandfather was Robert Wallace IV from PEI Canada and his accent was knife Quality.

Cracking kilt, lad.
I hope that you chaps with SWK Wallace kilts remembered to buy a "Gromit" kilt for your dog ;)

I have the Wallace SWK and love it. The only thing I would suggest is taking the time to sew down the pleats from the waist about 4 to 6 in. to keep it from flaring up too high in a strong wind and inadvertantly answering the question!

Any excuse is a good excuse for getting another kilt I've heard a lot of good things about SWK, so I feel pretty confident about the quality (for the price, I don't think you can beat it).
I'll probably have the pleats sewn down. It should make it a bit easier to iron if needed. Which reminds me . . .
I wore my USAK casual Ireland's National all day today, and no wrinkling . . . gotta love PV . . .

If there was a Grommit Tartan I'd get it for myself. "Cheese, wonderful cheese". O'Neille

I considered sewing the pleats down on mine, but decided that since this was a kilt to be used for hiking it might "breathe" a bit better leaving them as is.
