my day in Fergus
went to the highland festival and games in Fergus Ontario.
the first thing I noticed at the front gate was a guy wearing an "R-kilt"
I pointed and said " another R- kilt". I was wearing my black leather R-kilt.
that day I saw 5 or 6 R-kilts. I mentioned to one guy
"we should start our own R-kilt clan"
I met a couple of X markers, nice to put a face to a name.
Machummel and kilted stuart. I walked up to MacHummel and he said "phil h"
made me feel good to be recognised like a rock star he was at his booth for Canadian Casual Kilts.
I spoke to a guy wearing a freedom kilt, and let me tell you, it was a VERY nice kilt. well made, and nice fabric too. I would seriously consider buying one.
all in all it was a very good day, not too hot, 25 oC. my leather R-kilt was not too hot, as I was afraid it would be, I don't handle the heat too well.

sounds great
Sounds like a great day, even better that the leather kilt wasn't too warm.
