    Oh, he's indeed itching for more. He wants a Henderson tartan as well. I think he may try a Sportkilt since they have the Henderson tartan in the ancient colours. I don't have a SK, but I recommended that if he did to go ahead and get all the "options" they offer (fringe, beltloops, sewn down pleats, and buckles.) He won't last long.

    Welcome from the MidWest! It is nice to see the Irish National Tartan; that's one of my possibles for my first kilt. It's also nice to see someone else sporting ink!

    Not to be a nag. BUT, as Rocky (USAK owner) would point out, that's actually "Ireland's National" tartan... not "Irish National" tartan. They are two different monsters.

    And yes, ink 'o plenty. Though there are plenty of others on the board with tattoos...

    Honest mistake; they are very similar, but different enough that I prefer the Ireland's National over the Irish National. Still both great tartans. I may get a SWK standard Irish National for winter.
