Xmarks to the yellow!

Here it is, my Xmarks tartan kilt, box pleated to the yellow stripe. These pictures do not due justice to Matt's work. When I opened the box I was stunned at how striking it was to the yellow stripe. And it was not until I wore it and had some pics taken of the pleasts that I realized that pleating to the wellow stripe on the box pleats meant that the prominent grey strip was centered inside each pleat and shows great when moving. You can even see it in the shot with me standing still.

Very nice indeed, Rob. A good decision, and congratulations to Matt for his excellent workmanship. I like it so much, I am tempted to order another length of the X Marks tartan, if there's a third run on it!

More and more I plan to plan a trip up the highway to Franklin NC to see the tartan museum and get measured for a Newsome kilt. Very nice look, KCW.

Crossing my fingers and hoping there is an X Marks Tartan Run III!! Didn't have the $$ to get in on run II. I've gotten a couple monitary awards at work recently that I'm going to save for material and a good kilt jacket.
