Disclaimer: This photo was not photoshopped, except to resize the image. My cat likes to sleep this way.

Luckily, my boy (named Google - previous owners named him - trying to change his name to something cat related - also a Maine Coon) doesn't show much interest in a kilt, unless it's laid out on a bed or a table. Becomes a sleeping blanket. So, as long as I hang up my tartan kilts after I'm done wearing them, or put them on as soon as I take 'em off the hanger, I don't have issues.

I'm proudly owned by a Maine coon, too. Mine's a total perv; any clothing left unattended for a few minutes will be subject to sniffing, licking, and rolling. Once I opened up the shower to find him holding my discarded underwear in his front paws and rubbing them all over his head!

    He needs a girlfriend.

Welcome vcatron! I'm a one kilt, 3 cat man myself... (mom and two sons, 15, 14 and 14)

To a cat, a kilt is a blanket, pure and simple. And to cat-hair, a kilt is a magnet.
