I'll second the Highland Park, and add a Dalwhinnie 15 year. Laphroaig is a given, but so is the Dalmore and the Macallan for me.

Thanks for the feedback, lads! As I was hoping, you've mentioned a bunch of whiskys I've never heard of, but look forward to getting acquainted with!

It's amazing how much variety you can get from just using 3 ingredients!

I marvel at the age of some of your most memorable whiskys, P1M! That would be remarkable drinking something older than me!

Now, if i can just find a pub or bar with a good number of the whiskys mentioned here...
